Explosion-Proof Cabinet Technical Specifications

Cabinet Body: Constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. The surface is finished with an epoxy resin electrostatic spray coating, manufactured through a process of shearing, punching, bending, spot welding, and powder coating. The cabinet body is made of double-layer steel plates with a 38mm air insulation gap between the two layers. The base of the cabinet features a 5cm high spill containment lip to effectively prevent liquid spills.

Model: Compatible with market-standard sizes ranging from 2 gallons to 110 gallons.

Door: Features heavy-duty piano hinges for smooth 180-degree opening and closing. (Self-closing door is an optional accessory). Vents: Each side of the cabinet is fitted with one 57mm diameter vent port to facilitate fume ventilation and dispersal.

Shelves: Internal shelves are made of galvanized steel, offering an attractive appearance and durability. Reinforced shelf supports provide excellent load- bearing capacity. Shelf height can be adjusted in 6cm increments, allowing flexible storage for items of various sizes.

Earth Point: An earth bonding point is located at the bottom right of the cabinet. This allows connection via an earth bonding clamp to safely dissipate static electricity and prevent potential accidents.

Locking Mechanism: Equipped with a three-point locking system that secures the cabinet at the top, middle, and bottom. This facilitates effective control management under a dual-key system.

Certifications: The cabinet holds relevant certifications for Fire Resistance, Explosion-Proof rating, CE, and RoHS compliance, ensuring it passes safety inspection requirements.
